Nadav comes from a rich world of influences. Growing up near Tel Aviv, spending years in the Jerusalem music scene and later in the United States. His education in Classical music and Jazz and dedication to studying musical traditions, had created a diverse and unique palette as a percussionist and drummer as well as a composer. He performs in international festivals and in Israel with critically acclaimed musicians. His newest release “Songs for Empathy” mirrors his range of influences in a multi-layered creation that confronts its listener with a wide range of human emotions, centering on empathy, compassion, fear and optimism. Nadav has a bachelor’s degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music & Dance and a Master’s degree from the New England Conservatory in Boston.
